When submitting a proper technical assignment, he produces a wonderful, high-quality result. Reasonable pricing for his services, attention to detail (these are not just words - the person REALLY offers something from himself, tries to advise within his expertise).
Currently, he is more adequate than 90% of freelancers I have worked with.
Independent, does not need to be guided step-by-step, solves issues himself and comes up with options to resolve any problem. (unlike some - cannot start formatting because they were not given a favicon).
