Redesign the website layout
Redesign the layout of the site https://zippy.com.ua/. Overall keep the layout approximately as it is but tidy it up
in css after several developers.
Remove everything and re-layout from scratch. Do not fanatically create css classes where it is i and where it is not needed
if the style for one tag is used throughout the site - use inline style.
The site uses twitter bootstrap (to avoid creating homemade responsiveness for screens to reduce the volume of work) - changes can be made to the bootstrap source codes
and recompile (if it makes sense)
Improve typography for better text perception, such as fonts and line spacing. Review where you can add spacing in solid texts.
Possibly add icons - there are already awesome icons font on the site
Proofread and correct grammatical errors.
Templates and assets are in separate folders - no need to delve into the site's code (PHP)
Access will be provided via FTP or files as convenient.
This is the main point.
If there are ideas:
Improve the design of the first page if possible (the rest is mostly text) but do not propose a design in Photoshop as a separate job.
Look at what can be improved from an SEO optimization perspective - specifically check for any unclosed html
tags or incorrect sequence, so that the Google crawler does not turn up its nose.
Make the logo better - possibly as an image - right now there is text after renaming the program
The terms of reference are not entirely clear, but in such cases, there is rarely clarity. It relies on an experienced performer who will see the problems and what needs to be fixed.

на мою думку - зліпили через чатджіпіті, а верстка це трошки не те, ІІ не можуть робити адаптивну нормальну верстку, це приблизно те ж саме що будете створювати сторінку конструктором або ж елементор.
тому просто надайте дизайн і замовте верстку з нуля і буде вам щастя.

Проблема не така критична шоб оплачувати повну переробку та й не в бустрапi там проблеми
З ВТ я знвйомий менi простiше буде щомь поправити потiм
ВТ це не тiльки колонки (з якими проблем якраз нема) це ще й кнопки меню i так далi
я не вiрю що хтось сам зробить це надiйнiше i краще нiж сотнi розробникiв i тестерiв якi
працюють над бутстрапом та й який сенс це повторювати
Проблеми з тою частиною верстки що написана помимо бутстрапа
я мiг би оплатити i повну переробку якби робився новий сайт але тут не бачу в цьому сенсу
