The freelancer made a layer from the layout but did not make the code, he wrote that he was able to perform the whole task, after I got the layer I asked how much I would continue the bet, he said at a minimum, the minimum was 1 day. I waited for an answer 12 hours after the end, he is silent and doesn’t get in touch for all these 12 hours I’m forced to close the project.
