Check the mail operation on the hosting

Recently, the email was migrated from GoDaddy to SiteGround.

The main email is used through Gmail (Google Workspace or external domain linking).

There is a suspicion that not all archiving and backup settings are correctly saved.

🔧 Expected result:

1. Email system audit: check the correctness of domain settings (MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC); verify if email archiving is enabled; check mailbox backup (at the Gmail and/or SiteGround level); verify IMAP/POP3 if an external client is used.

2. Provide recommendations (in the form of a report or letter) on what is already well configured; what needs to be improved (with clear steps); whether there are risks of email loss; options for archiving/backups (for example, via Google Vault, automatic exports, third-party services).

3. Configuration. If there is agreement after the report – assist with implementation.
