On the designated day and time, it is necessary to check the operation of the Points of Resilience.
Prepare an informative report on the condition, accessibility, and functioning under power outages.
The journalist needs to visit the locations:
JOURNALIST'S TASK
1. Check the actual operational status of each point
• Is it open and accessible to visitors?
• Is it operating 24/7 (as stated)?
• Who is responsible for the duty, is there a contact person?
2. Assess the key conditions provided for the Points of Resilience. Check and document:
• Heating / warmth
• Light (generators or backup sources)
• Water supply
• Internet and mobile communication
• Possibility to charge phones and other devices
• Availability of a first aid kit
• Rest areas / temporary accommodation
• Basic supplies for mothers with children
• Availability of signs or informational materials
3. Interaction with people:
• If possible, take short comments from the on-duty responsible persons and local residents. Find out: do people know about the existence of the point; have they already contacted it; what, in their opinion, needs to be improved. Also, ask how they feel about the fact that the Point of Resilience is located in an educational institution.
4. Accordingly, for each of the objects, it is necessary to prepare:
• For each point — 5 photos and possibly a short video overview (30–60 sec) from each location;
• A brief report (500 characters).
The assessment should be objective and interesting. Document everything that does not meet the stated conditions. In case of denial of access — refer to the legislation.
There are a total of three objects. Payment for one checked during outages - 1500 UAH + fuel compensation.
