2nd It must indicate the non-contact of the executor, as well as the delay of the deadlines. These criteria, in my subjective opinion, are unacceptable. Good that I understood that I didn’t tell my man the date promised by Vladislav (then I would be very shameful), but I was insured for the second day. The work was delivered at midnight after the promised day of delivery (promised in the morning, then in the evening, ...).
