Performance / Digital Marketing Mentor
We need an experienced performance marketer who can work closely with the manager (she is in the USA) and become her mentor in advertising and analytics. Your main task now is to help her understand the tools, adjust decisions, participate in campaign setups, and explain the logic of actions.
In the future - transition to a full-time position, expanding the area of responsibility and building systematic marketing processes in the company when she is ready for scaling.
This role is for a specialist who loves to work hands-on, thinks in numbers, and is ready to share their experience.
What you will do
Performance:
launch and manage campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads;
set up audiences, events, goals;
optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, AOV;
test creatives, offers, landing pages, and funnels.
In the book-promo SMM direction:
help promote books on social media;
participate in creating the first campaigns for Amazon/social media;
advise on strategy and adjust the manager's tasks.
In mentoring:
explain how things work in performance marketing;
participate in joint reviews and online sessions;
help build the structure of the future marketing direction.
Who we are looking for
3+ years of experience in performance marketing;
confident work with Meta Ads and Google Ads;
experience in testing hypotheses and building funnels;
ability to look at numbers, not emotions;
ability to work in a collaborative mode.
It would be a plus: YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, experience in e-commerce or content projects.
