The holding consists of 59 stores with a total area of over 160,000 m2 invites a freelance recruiter to collaborate for the periodic closing of exclusively IT vacancies for the needs of its IT department (2-4 vacancies/month).
How it works:
- we send the job profile for search
- we provide deadlines that need to be adhered to
- from you, we look at only final candidates together with the potential direct supervisor along with you (mostly online in Teams)
Terms of cooperation:
- remote freelance (we will formalize a contract with you)
- salary is negotiable (ready to discuss, depending on the complexity of the vacancy) after closing each vacancy
- you must have experience working with IT vacancies of varying complexity in companies of the relevant field or in recruiting agencies closing similar vacancies.
