Personal Assistant (part-time, online, knowledge of English and SMM)

I'm looking for someone to help me promote my online coaching business — on social media, YouTube, and in organizing daily tasks.
If you love order, can work with content, and are interested in AI — that would be great!

🔹 What needs to be done

• Assist in managing social media (Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn);
• Plan and publish posts, stories, Reels;
• Create clips from videos (Reels/Shorts) and design covers;
• Optimize YouTube: tags, descriptions, titles;
• Control the schedule and tasks (in Notion / Google Calendar);
• Remind about meetings and priorities;
• Help with organizing webinars and launches;
• Use AI tools to speed up tasks (content, video, design).

🔹 What is important

• English language — level B2 and above (to understand content and write short texts);
• Experience in SMM / assistance / content management;
• Responsibility, systematization, and initiative;
• Aesthetic sense and ability to create “tasty” content.

🔹 It would be a plus if you can work with:

• Canva (design, stories, Reels covers)
• Notion / ClickUp (task and plan organization)
• YouTube Studio (video uploading and analytics)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Telegram bots and channels (management and posting)
• CapCut, Descript, VEED.io (editing, subtitles, Reels)
• OpusClip / Klap.ai (automatic video cuts)
• ChatGPT / Jasper / Notion AI (posts, scripts, ideas)
• Canva Magic Studio / Leonardo.ai / Midjourney (covers and visuals)
• Metricool / Buffer (auto-posting and content analytics)
