First of the commenting

Need a first for telegram (ordinary commenting under new posts in the comments with accounts) 

What is needed: 

A simple commenter for tg, which can be easily launched through a local computer, so that there is the possibility to choose sending from the account's perspective, or from your own channel (on which there will naturally be a premium account), and of course a delay in sending comments 

There is also already ready code, but it sends comments from the account, I can give it for revision, so that it would be cheaper and easier, add the function of sending on behalf of the channel

There are many leaked ones on the internet, tips, etc. you just need to collect it competently so that everything is there
