PHP programmer, work with API

The performer, not understanding the task, hurried to accept it. Difficulties arose during the process, related to a misunderstanding of the essence of the work. His proposal was the lowest in price, so I decided to give him a chance. Later, it became clear that the performer does not fully understand what exactly needs to be done. I marked the task as completed and finished it myself.
