I am looking for a layout designer to prepare a children's educational and playbook for printing.
Currently, I have a layout created by myself in Canva: the structure of the book, the composition of the text and illustrations, as well as the concept of the cover are already ready (according to my vision).
I need help in two areas:
- professionally prepare the layout for printing;
- suggest improvements in terms of design, layout, and modern book practices.
It is important for me that the performer has good design taste and visual inspiration. I am open to constructive suggestions and want to receive not only technical layout but also a fresh professional perspective on the project.
I work as a marketer myself, so I have a certain vision, but I would value hearing the expertise of people who specialize in children's book design.
Before starting the main work, I will offer selected specialists a paid test: to layout a typical section of 5 pages in your vision. Payment — 350 UAH. This will help understand if our expectations regarding style and quality of work align.
The format of the book is A5, the approximate volume is about 70 pages.
