Preparation and import of ~2000 products to Khoroshop

We have an Excel file (~2000 products) with basic data (articuls, names, descriptive names, prices, categories). The task is to prepare this file for import into an online store on the Хорошоп platform.

Tasks:

1. Cleaning and preparing the file

   • Remove unnecessary or empty columns

   • Organize the structure

2. Normalization of products

   • Identify parent products and variations (color, volume, etc.)

   • Create complete product names

3. Creating categories

   • Extract unique categories from the file

   • If necessary, coordinate the category structure with the owner

4. Adding characteristics

   • Extract characteristics such as from names/descriptions like:

     • Color

     • Volume

     • Quantity in set

     • Others by content

5. Forming the final import file for Хорошоп

   • In CSV or XML format (if needed — via API)

   • Considering variations, filters, names, prices, categories

6. Test import

   • Perform a test import into Хорошоп

   • Check the correct display of products
