Hello! I have worked on integrations with SIP trunk for auto-dialing.

Twilio and Zadarma are no longer options - for ElevenLabs + Ukraine + Ukrainian Caller ID, the most promising options are Ringostat (which has a SIP trunk with Ukrainian numbers) or Binotel, or direct SIP from Kyivstar Business.

I am ready to check the compatibility of a specific provider with ElevenLabs SIP configuration and make test calls.

The key point here is not the SIP itself, but to find a provider that allows a Ukrainian number specifically as an outgoing Caller ID for ElevenLabs. You have already ruled out Twilio and Zadarma for valid reasons. The working scheme usually involves a SIP trunk from a provider with Ukrainian numbers for outgoing calls (options among Ukrainian VoIP plus direct SIP from the operator), or through your own Asterisk as a proxy between ElevenLabs and the operator's trunk if the provider does not provide a clean outgoing number directly.

Here’s what I will do step by step. I will select and verify a SIP provider according to your requirements (Ukrainian Caller ID, outgoing to mobile numbers Kyivstar, Vodafone, Lifecell). I will connect the SIP trunk in ElevenLabs, link the number to your AI Agent. I will check that Batch Calls read the XLS, variables are transmitted to the agent, the agent starts without dynamic variables errors, and correctly ends the call. I will make 1 to 3 test calls to a Ukrainian number, check the Caller ID display for the recipient. I will provide a brief instruction on how you can independently launch batch calls further.

I have worked specifically with telephony for voice AI agents: I created a voice assistant for veterinary clinics that receives calls through telephony, a complete chain from speech recognition to synthesis plus LLM as an orchestrator. So the SIP stack plus voice agent is not new to me.

One clarification, to avoid guessing about the budget: do you already have a specific SIP provider or number in mind, or should I also find a working provider for the Ukrainian Caller ID? This will determine whether to allocate time for testing several providers.
