Pinterest manager - United States
Living Cozy — an editorial publication about furniture and home decor (livingcozy.com). We help English-speaking readers in the USA, Canada, and the UK find furniture brands worth noting — through honest reviews, selection guides, and editorial content.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have a Pinterest account that brought significant traffic to the site a few years ago but is currently inactive. We are looking for an experienced Pinterest manager to take full control of the channel — from auditing what already exists to a complete relaunch and daily management. We already have a detailed Pinterest strategy (board structure, key clusters, content mix, SEO approach, seasonal calendar) — it needs to be adapted to the current state of the account and implemented.
WORK SCOPE
Phase 1 — Audit and Cleanup (first 2–3 weeks)Analyze the current account: all boards, pins, descriptions, links. Determine what remains relevant to the brand's current positioning and what should be updated or archived. Prepare recommendations for each board (keep / update / archive). Align the profile, bio, and board names with the current editorial strategy.
Phase 2 — Strategy AdaptationIntegrate the existing strategy with the reality of the account: what from the new board architecture already exists, what to rename, what to create from scratch, how to build new content on top of the historical weight of the account. Document the final plan in our Notion.
Phase 3 — Working with Content and Materials (ongoing)Regular collaboration with our team: which articles from the site to promote first, which brands and products to highlight, what visual materials to prepare, how to enter seasonal windows. This is active communication — weekly syncs or asynchronous updates, not "execute and disappear."
Phase 4 — Execution (ongoing)
- Designing pins in Canva based on our 4 templates
- English titles and descriptions (we review before publication)
- Planning through Tailwind
- Daily posting: 3–8 pins per day depending on the launch phase
- Monthly analytical report on KPIs (outbound clicks to the site, save rate, CTR, Pinterest's share of total traffic)
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience managing English-speaking Pinterest accounts in the home, interior, furniture, or related niches (lifestyle, home decor)
- Deep understanding of Pinterest SEO — titles, descriptions, overlay text, key clusters
- Proficiency in Canva at the level of creating custom templates and variations
- Experience working with Tailwind or similar planners
- Fluent English at the level of writing editorial texts — not marketing slogans, but lively editorial language (brand tone: "your friend who is oddly passionate about furniture" — warm, knowledgeable, without pretension)
- Willingness for ongoing communication in Ukrainian or English, regular working sessions
COOPERATION FORMAT
Ongoing monthly payment (retainer), not a one-time project. Start as soon as possible after selection. The first 2 weeks — trial period with audit and action plan.
WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR RESPONSE
- Links to 2–3 English-speaking Pinterest accounts you have managed (with proof of authorship)
- Examples of pin designs and a screenshot of analytics, if available
- Expected monthly cost and estimated hours per week
- A brief comment: in your opinion, how does an account in the furniture niche differ from related niches (decor, lifestyle), and where do you see the greatest potential for growth

I’d also like to clarify how your lead approval and commission process works before signing the partnership agreement.
I mainly mean:
he partner/agent payout structure,

and at what stage a lead is officially approved and counted for commission.
Today I’ll also send over the materials about NEXAV — Next Generation AI Voice Automation, so you can better understand our solution and offer.
