The performer took on the project, but understood the technical specifications in his own way. There was a lot of unnecessary "water" in the style of "I know better" and suggestions to open new projects. What he did was technically done well, but it does not meet expectations and the assigned task. He also pressured that the budget was small, although he accepted it himself. The work was accepted only due to tight deadlines.
