✋ Hello! We are the IT company dZENcode.
We are implementing a SaaS platform for accepting cryptocurrency payments: a merchant's personal account, payment processing through API, checkout page, balance accounting, and integrations with providers, based on the team's experience, best practices, and our own developments.
Which providers and networks are a priority for the MVP?
Are KYC/AML and withdrawal limits needed?
You can find detailed information about our services and rates on our website: Freelancehunt

Hello, I have created a similar wallet and payment infrastructure in this project:
https://web.step.app/ - Web wallet, where I worked on balances, transaction flows, and secure user operations.
Also:
https://explorer.retrobridge.io/
Cross-chain infrastructure with transaction tracking, confirmations, and real-time status processing.
https://app.step.exchange/#/swap
A system with execution logic, balance updates, and high-load crypto operations.
This is very relevant to your application area:
merchant accounts + role-based access
API keys and level of integration through external providers
Payment flow: create payment → order processing → detection → confirmation → webhook
Internal ledger for balances and fees
Withdrawal flow with approval logic
Hosted checkout with multi-network support
I would recommend building this step by step:
First, an MVP with simplified provider matching, then real provider integrations.
Can help with architecture, backend, vendor dashboard, and provider matching logic.
Best regards,
Vyacheslav

Hello, Konstantin!
I am ready to get involved in building the MVP of such a SaaS layer, and it makes sense to proceed step by step, starting with establishing a stable core of the system, and then connecting real providers and expanding functionality.
At the start, I would lay the foundation of the platform: merchant accounts with roles, API keys, hosted checkout, basic payment flow, internal ledger for balances and fees, transaction history, webhooks, and a module for fund withdrawal with approval logic. It is also important to carefully consider the mapping layer between your system and external providers so that new integrations can be added later without restructuring the entire architecture.
When it comes to the MVP, I see it as the first working release, where there is already a merchant cabinet, checkout flow, balance accounting, basic integration logic, an admin level for operation control, and a structure for further development.
Such projects are better not to be built as a monolith "at once," so I suggest moving step by step: first architecture + core modules + simplified integration / mock provider, after that — real API providers, additional networks, enhancing security, and scaling.
Timeline for the first MVP: 32 days
Cost: $3200
I have a couple of questions:
Are there already described business rules for the ledger, fee logic, and withdrawal approval flow?
What stack for backend/frontend do you consider a priority, or do you need my proposal for the architecture completely from scratch?
After completing the first stage, I will add a bonus: I will prepare a separate technical roadmap for the development of the next phases, so it will be clear how to scale the system without unnecessary rework.
I look forward to collaborating!

Hello!
The task is perfectly described. You are absolutely right about the step-by-step approach — for financial SaaS, this is the only safe way.
I specialize in developing architecture for FinTech/Crypto projects. I fully understand your main goal: to build a reliable SaaS layer (Facade pattern) that abstracts merchants from real providers, providing them with a clean API, a user-friendly dashboard, and a single internal Ledger.
Here’s how I see the implementation (and how we will avoid typical mistakes):
1. Ledger (Internal Accounting): This is the heart of the system. It needs to be built exclusively on a relational database (PostgreSQL) using strict ACID transactions and row-level locks to avoid race conditions (when a merchant tries to withdraw money simultaneously from two devices) and issues with commission calculations.
2. Providers: We will lay down interfaces (adapters). Even if there is currently only one provider, the system will be ready to connect 2-3 new ones without changing the core code.
3. Hosted Checkout: We will make it as lightweight and conversion-friendly as possible (Next.js/React), with polling payment status via WebSockets or Server-Sent Events, so the user sees the payment instantly.
I propose the following plan (according to your P.S.):
Stage 1: Full MVP (Mocked Backend + Frontend UI)
- Development of the database and Ledger architecture.
- Authorization system and RBAC for merchants, API key generation.
- Dashboard UI (balances, transaction list, withdrawal form).
- UI for the Hosted Checkout page.
- The backend at this stage simulates successful payments from the provider (stubs).
Timeline and cost (Stage 1): Thanks to the use of ready-made patterns and modern frameworks, I can assemble this stage 2-3 times faster than standard teams.
- Timeline: 7–10 days (instead of the standard 3-4 weeks).
- Budget for Stage 1: 600–900 (the exact figure will be fixed after discussing the UI details).
Technology stack:
- Backend: Node.js (NestJS) or Python (FastAPI) is ideal for building reliable APIs and handling webhooks. PostgreSQL database.
- Frontend: React / Next.js + Tailwind (shadcn/ui for a quick and stylish dashboard).
I look forward to your feedback!

Good day, I have 7 years of experience in development. The main focus is fintech. Crypto platforms, exchanges, and a platform specifically for integrating payment providers. Stack - Docker, Symfony, React.

Good day. I have experience in developing SaaS systems, integrating APIs, and building payment and accounting services, so I can help implement the MVP of the platform step-by-step. I would propose an architecture with a backend (Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, ledger logic), a frontend merchant panel (React/Next.js), and a layer of integration with providers through APIs and webhooks.
In the first stage, I am ready to implement the MVP: merchant accounts with roles, API keys, basic payment flow, hosted checkout, and an internal ledger with test integrations. Next — connecting real providers, logic for withdrawals, commissions, and scaling the system. I am ready to break the task into sub-stages, estimate timelines, and suggest an optimal stack after a brief technical discussion.

Good day!
The Dev Company team is interested in collaborating on a SaaS platform for crypto payments and is ready to fully develop a turnkey solution — from MVP to production version, with phased implementation and phased payment.
We can take on:
- backend with a single ledger (balances, fees, transaction history);
- merchant cabinet with roles, API key management, and analytics;
- payment flow (API/integrations, hosted checkout, webhooks);
- "wallet" module for merchants (balances, history, deposits/withdrawals, approval logic);
- integration and mapping with external providers so that merchants operate only through your SaaS.
We propose to structure the work into clear phases (architecture, ledger, merchant UI, checkout, webhooks, integrations) with documentation of the results of each phase and payment upon its completion. We are ready to prepare a detailed plan of phases, technology stack, and timeline after a brief technical discussion.

Good day. I am ready to implement your SaaS layer for crypto processing. The task is clear: we act as a proxy server with our own business logic (commissions, balances, roles) between liquidity providers and merchants.
Here is how I propose to break down the task:
Sprint 1 (Foundation): Database (Ledger), Auth (JWT/API Keys), role system.
Sprint 2 (Merchant UI): Merchant dashboard (React/Vue) — balances, transaction history, API key generation, webhook settings.
Sprint 3 (Checkout Flow): API for creating payments + Hosted Payment Page (selecting TRC20/ERC20 network, payment timer, QR code).
Sprint 4 (Provider Integration): Writing adapters for external APIs and withdrawal logic.
I have experience integrating crypto payment systems and understand the logic of tracking transactions.
Budget: from $3500.
Timeline: ~1.5 - 2 months.

Hello, Konstantin.
I have experience building similar systems: Laravel backend, API integrations with external providers, webhook systems, merchant dashboards. This is the stack I am using in current projects.
From my side, I see the following breakdown:
- Phase 1: Auth + merchant accounts + API keys + ledger core
- Phase 2: Payment flow + hosted checkout + webhooks
- Phase 3: Wallet + withdrawals with approval flow
- Phase 4: Integration with real providers
I suggest discussing the details in private messages.

Hello
I am a developer with 4 years of experience in crypto payments. One of the most successful projects was - SaveX - MPC Wallet for stablecoins linked to a card. I also worked on payment systems for other platforms (NDA).
The main development stack is Golang/Vue (but it is negotiable).
I have also worked on my own startups and know how to bring such projects to market from a technical perspective, and I have contacts that can help.

Good day. I specialize in similar backend solutions, my main stack is NestJS and Rust. I work with crypto constantly, I have written arbitrage bots for Solana, and created HFT solutions for Polymarket. Therefore, I learned how to properly handle webhooks, conduct transactions, and most importantly, not to lose merchant balances during outages of external providers right from practice. Since there is a lot of work, I suggest we reduce the first stage to the development of the core, we will set up the backend, write the ledger, create an API key system for merchants, and map one test provider. For this stage, I will take 2500 dollars, and the timeline will be about 3 weeks. If my stack and approach suit you, please write, and we will go through the architecture in more detail.

Hello!
I represent the company Devoxen - we specialize in the development of complex backend systems, SaaS solutions, and blockchain projects.
We can cover the entire development cycle from our side without the need to involve additional contractors:
- architecture design
- backend development
- work with blockchain
- database, billing, multi-tenant logic
- deployment, CI/CD, and infrastructure
That is, we can fully take the project "turnkey" - from idea to stable production.
We work with a focus on scalability and security, so the system can be developed without redoing from scratch.
We provide a warranty period after launch: we fix bugs and help stabilize the system.
For an accurate cost estimate, we need a bit more detail on functionality and expectations.
I suggest discussing in private messages - after that, we will prepare a clear estimate of costs and implementation timelines.
I would be happy to discuss the details and the task.
