Pocket option telegram bot

Im looking for some to create a pocket option telegram bot for me. So it's work like this, it does the analysis on the timeframe well each time frame it can call out a signal if the moving averages crosses to a perfect cross and it calls a signal out and reads support, resistance,  hh, hl, LL, Lh and intergrate this with my main strategy which is the fractal and moving averages.

For conformation to be a highly good signal it shows the fractal underneath the candle for a buy and above it for a sell vice-versa. 

The moving averages has to cross both perfectly good up for a buy and both perfectly going down for a sell. If it's not doing that the signal is invalid and won't call it out. So the moving averages can't be crossing like a x one going up and the another going down when it crosses. 

The moving averages to use for the cross is the 4 sma and the 6 sma. The 4 sma has to be above the 6 sma for a buy and under the 6 sma for a sell but both has to be both going the same direction. Not one going straight and the other way.

It does this on every time frame to call out that signal for that time frame. The expiration time for this is 3 candles no matter what time frame it calls the signal on.

There 3 trending moving averages also to let me know it's trending and those is the 20 ema, 50 ema, and the 100 ema. When price is far away from the 20 ema and the 4 sma cross over the 6 sma for a sell position it only let me know to sell for only 3 candle expiration time. This is in a uptrend, for a down trend it's vice versa when it's far away from the 20 ema.

If it's close the the 20 ema when it's in a uptrend and give a sell signal it gives 2 candles expiration time and same way in a downtrend when it's close to the 20 ema. But this only when it have the fractal and 4 and 6 sma crossing on the time frame it gives out the signal. If the time frame before going the same direction as the time frame it call the signal on with the fractal showing or moving averages then it gives 3 candles expiration time.

If it's on the 20 ema respecting it when it's in a uptrend and the 4 and 6 sma crosses over it give 3 candles expiration time base off that time frame. The same thing as in the downtrend when it respects the 20 ema.

If price is on 20 ema and just goes up quickly engulfing the previous candle when it's in a uptrend it can call out a signal before the 4 and 6 crosses over by analyzing the crossover on the previous time frame before it plus the fractal. Vice versa in the the downtrend when it respects the 20 ema.

By checking the pervious time frame this way it can get in before the crossover happens on the time frame it tells me to take the signal on when it show a engulfing candle on that time frame.

It always will analyze higher time frames to base off the fractal it shows on there so you wont get caught on a fake out if the price will reverse on you if you trade to go with the trend. So if it shows a fractal on the higher time for a reverse like 2 and 3 timeframes up. It will on call out 2 candles time expiration but if it's not fractal showing on 2 and 3 time frames before it's that's when it call out 3 candles expiration time when it's trending and just keep going up or down. 

When it do reverse with the fractal and 4 and 6 sma cross base of those higher 2 and 3 time frames up it will do 3 candles expiration as well because that's telling you that the reversal is confirmed if the smaller time correlating with showing the same thing fractal and moving crossing that way.

It analysis all time frames of the moving averages and fractal going the same direction. 

Well really 2 time frames before and 2 time frames after.

If it's no fractals showing going the previous direction that's it's going the higher time frame before it like 1 and 2 time frames higher, it will still gives out the signal on the timeframe it give out a signal on.

If 1 time frames before it and after correlates the same direction the fractal and 4 and 6 sma's cross over it will give me a signal on the time frame it calls out for 3 candles expiration time.

And it only calls out signals on time frames 1m and above. If I call out a signal on the 1m it only do analysis on the 30 seconds before it but can do analysis after 1 to 2 time frames.

If it analyze on the 1m it correlates the 30 seconds and 2m time frame for fractals conformation and 4 and 6 sma crossover. If the fractal come before the crossover on the next time frame up it can still call a signal out. If no fractals shows on the next time frame it won't call a signal out on the time time frame it choose to call the signal on. This works on all time frames this way.

The bot calls out automated trades without me choosing a pair and for telegram.
