Hello. I am looking for someone who will help me find an assistant to develop an American YouTube channel. English is needed, as we will also be searching in English-speaking internet.
What I need from you (let's use informal language, it's easier to work that way):
- Gather Telegram chats and Facebook groups for assistants and digital (I will provide examples)
- Post the job vacancy in chats, on job search websites, Kabanchik, exchanges, and OLX (text is available)
- Collect initial responses, provide a link to a Google form, those who fill it out, give a test assignment.
- Send me all those who passed the test. I will give feedback on who to appoint for a Zoom interview - you make the appointment.
Availability, let's say around 4 hours a day. We will coordinate the time.

Duration - until we find someone, I think a couple of weeks.
Any HR experience would be a huge plus.
Suggest payment, we will negotiate.
