Поднять Asterisk на сервере
Необходимо поднять asterisk на сервере Linux (сами скажите какой лучше подойдет, я приобрету). К астериску нужно подключить SIP-номер. Также необходимо сделать HTTP API, чтоб я мог послать запросы на исходящий звонок на какой-то номер через гет-запрос. Соответственно при входящих также приходили вебхуки. Это нужно для автоматических звонков клиентам.

Добрый день. HTTP API у * есть штатный (AMI). Если клиенты будут подключаться к серверу из другой подсети лучше сразу позаботиться о защите от "халявщиков", которые попробуют звонить за ваш счёт. А таких много, имею на руках персональный блеклист серверов на 4000+ адресов.
