The first project was completed well, so I decided to trust the contractor with another one that was supposed to be quite simple and quick.
Unfortunately, the project dragged on for almost a month. The communication resembled a conversation with ChatGPT more than with a person: constant checks, repeating the same mistakes, lack of independent control over the work.
The biggest problem was that right at the beginning I asked for the data to be transferred in a certain way. However, after transferring to the main hosting, the contractor completely "crashed" the site because he did not do it as I requested from the very start.
Throughout the collaboration, I had never had to spend so much effort, time, and nerves on one contractor. I hoped until the last moment that he would still bring the project to completion, as there was not much work left. But in the end, he just ruined everything.
