Fix a number of bugs in the Listmonk program

Fix a number of errors in the Listmonk program https://listmonk.app/, understand the program's API, understand email tracking, statistics, and newsletter management.

In the latest version of Listmonk, the API does not work. In the previous version, everything works as stated in the documentation.

Understand and explain how Views and Bounces work.

Understand how the link tracker works and how to make it work together with UTM tags so that UTM tags are preserved during redirection.

This program has open source code and it may be possible to improve it.

Knowledge of the Go (Golang) language is essential, experience with mailing programs, knowledge of the principles of mail servers, and understanding the processes and algorithms of large-scale email campaigns are required.
