Hello, the main delay is 2-4 seconds, this is a long response from the server. This is influenced by both the number of plugins (code) through which the page is generated, and the optimization of the database itself, if it contains many temporary files, etc., it slows down the site.

I also recommend installing one of the optimization plugins, for example, in connection with hosting in Ukraine, it showed very good performance.
