Good day,
1. I will create a banner in the header in the style of visual novels/anime: I will integrate it into overall_header.html, add responsiveness (desktop/tablet/mobile), correct alt/title attributes, and optionally srcset for retina.
2. SEO block: I will add it to the homepage (you provide the English text) + optionally a meta description (1 line).
3. Forum background: I will replace it via CSS (color/gradient/image with cover, fixed/scroll as per your choice).
4. I will format all of this in a child style from prosilver, so that phpBB updates do not break the modifications.
2.5–4 hours of pure work, $38–$60 for the entire volume.
