Polish monitoring system for vending equipment based on the API of a Chinese server

🔹 Project Description

We have access to a ready-made Chinese cloud equipment monitoring system:

The interface is completely in Chinese, and the developers have refused to localize (PL / EN / RU) within their application.

Instead, they provided official API documentation, which allows:

✅ To develop a custom server

✅ To connect to their API

✅ To retrieve data from their system

✅ To send commands back

✅ To create a custom web control panel on a Polish server

🔹 Project Goal

Task for the Contractor:

To develop a custom European monitoring system, hosted on a server in Poland, which will fully interact with the Chinese platform via API, but have a separate independent interface in Polish, English, and (optionally) Russian.

✅ Works through the API of the Chinese server

✅ Completely replaces the Chinese interface

✅ Supports European languages

✅ Provides full remote control of equipment

✅ Ready API documentation (PDF, 99 pages)

✅ Working Chinese server

✅ Access credentials (will be provided after selecting the contractor)

✅ Understanding of the logic of the entire system

✅ Willingness to deploy our server in Poland (Linux + VPS)

3. System Architecture

The system should consist of the following components:

3.1 Backend (proxy server)

• Connection to the API of the Chinese server

• Authorization via appid

• Processing all requests

• Caching data

• Logging requests and errors

• Validation of incoming data

• Protection against exceeding limits (100 requests/minute)

4. Functional Requirements

4.1 Device Management

• Getting a list of devices
