Hello the mail can be tried to set on another copying VPS'e, but anyway the standard is 25,465,587 by smtp,
Not using third-party services can be very problematic in this particular case.

Поменяйте хостинг, на тот где будет открыт 25 порт. В данном случае у вас сервер будет работать только на отправку. Обмен между почтовыми серверами идет по smtp протоколу, а он как раз работает через 25 порт.
Либо нужно будет проксировать smtp, но проще разместить сервер у другого хостера. -
А что такое "сервер почты"? Конкретно что за система?

А другие порты разрешены? 587 или 465-й?
