Assistance with filling out documentation

We are looking for an assistant for a visa support company to fill out forms online, no expenses are required from your side, just a PC/laptop and skills in filling out data in Word/PDF.

Schedule: Monday to Friday you need to be available, tasks from points 1.1 and 2 should be completed within 1-1.5 hours as they arise, tasks from point 1 should be completed at the end of the day.

Responsibilities:

1. Fill in the contracts with candidate data + employment conditions according to the questionnaire + today's date + run through the scanning service;

🕓 30-40 minutes a day, preferably to be done at the end of the day after 21:00;

Period: once a day (either in the morning or late evening after 21:00).

1.1 Throughout the day, edit information in ready contracts, for example, the creation date or the date of the first working day;

🕓 rarely and as needed, I will write personally.

2. Fill in a special file (Cos certificate or employment declaration), namely candidate data + registration data and who/when registered + position data;

🕓 30-40 minutes a day, throughout the day.

Additional skills/responsibilities for extra payment in the future (by agreement):

3. Content creation and generation of ready HTML drafts for email newsletters (2-3 per month)

Salary payments: once a month on the 1st-2nd to the card, without delays, in the first month payment will be in two weeks.
