The purpose of this program is to read in an image file, map each pixel in that image to the closest color in a limited palette colors, and write out an output image file with the new colorsfrom the selected palette. You may assume for this project that the image is square (the width is equal to the height). Right now, the program reports out a fair amount of debugging information. Assume that the modules that are created in this program are destined for use in a larger program with a graphical user interface and that the purpose of this smaller program is to separately implement and test the modules,so the display of the debugging info is okay in this context.
