Fix the errors:

1. There is a module OFCP (that's what it's called) through which the store branches are created, and the map does not change there; it changes in the admin panel, but not on the site.

2. There is a form builder module purchased through ocmod.net, it installed correctly. It works and emails are coming. BUT, the fields, name, phone, they do not appear in either the email or the message form.

3. The footer... the layout is broken at different resolutions, it needs to be fixed and also made a bit more attractive, add headings to the links, align them, swap them around, etc.
