I do not highly recommend this customer.
Playing on an unclear task, requires dozens of transactions, does not respond for a few days or responds in a disturbing way, then the term ends - you can't pay, considering that it's a frontend project, you can safely use the given examples. It offers a small payment and a good feedback, it can even a little longer the time (therefore delay). It also allows exclusive non-business style of communication.
Working with this customer is likely possible, but under the following conditions:
1) The TZ Written to the smallest details.
2) The deadlines for response must be clearly stated. (The customer is able to delay the deadline until the end of the project)
3) Only a seafood.
4) No panic, because it seems that this person loves informal relationships very much, but only for his own benefit.
