We are looking for an experienced accountant to handle the full accounting of the company. The cooperation is long-term, with monthly payments.
Our company operates in two areas:
Truck Detailing
Auto Repair Shop
Both areas belong to the same legal entity but require separate management accounting.
Main requirements:
Experience in accounting (preference — in small business or service companies).
Knowledge of accounting and management accounting.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
English language level — not lower than B2/C1 (all documents in English).
Willingness for ongoing cooperation, responsibility, punctuality.
Ability to work independently, with attention to detail.
Tasks:
Maintaining the company's accounting (income/expenses, orders, invoices).
Supporting financial tables and reports.
Tracking payments, suppliers, related expenses.
Regular reporting (monthly or as agreed).
Document flow control.
Possible consulting support on accounting structure and process optimization.
Conditions:
Start:
As soon as possible (ready to start cooperation with a trial period).
The budget field conditionally indicates 15,000 UAH for posting the task.
Please specify your actual rates for monthly support of the company according to the volume of work you can cover.
