I start with an analysis of the freight transportation niche: regions, types of transportation (city / intercity / international), B2B or B2C, average checks, seasonality, real unique selling propositions of competitors. Very often in this niche, advertising fails not due to Google Ads, but because of a weak offer and chaotic communication — this can be corrected immediately.

Next, I form a customer acquisition strategy:
— clear positioning (why the customer should choose you),
… — audience segmentation (business, private clients, regular transportation, one-time orders),
— offer hypotheses for each segment,
— funnel: advertising - landing page / quiz / form, etc. - application processing.

Regarding advertising:
— Google Ads (search as the main channel in freight transportation),
— remarketing to push hot audiences,
— if necessary, testing Meta Ads for local or B2B segments,
— constant optimization for applications, not clicks.
— additionally, there may be work with email marketing, SEO, SMM.

I definitely set up analytics: GA4, GTM, call/form tracking, to see the real cost of a lead and understand what brings money and what just brings traffic.

The results I aim for:
— a stable flow of targeted applications,
— a clear customer acquisition cost,
— scaling without chaos and constant restarts from scratch.
