Search for potential partners in the country - Moldova

1. Task

Gather and verify a database of target stores in the selected country (online, offline, and hybrid) that the TUR WEAR brand can collaborate with under the models:

• implementation

• wholesale

2. Scope of Work and Plan

• Countries: Moldova (ideally, you should be in this country and know local shopping centers and venues) quality is more important than quantity.

• Offline scope: all major cities + regional capitals

• Online scope: online stores across the country

• Expected sample for one country: 50

• Deadline: 5 calendar days from the start

3. Search Methodology

1. Make a request for each category of products available at TUR WEAR:

   • clothing / tops

   • cargo pants

   • vests

   • bags

   • backpacks

   • accessories

2. Check product categories through:

   • Google Merchant

   • Google Shopping

3. Perform search queries in Google:

   • browse at least 20 pages of results for keywords

   • analyze all relevant resources (websites, catalogs, reviews, ratings)

4. If a store does not have a website but is present on a local resource (for example, in a catalog, marketplace, store list) — add it to the database.

4. Store Selection Criteria

Mandatory (MUST)

• Relevant product categories: clothing / tops / pants / vests / bags / backpacks / accessories.

• Online stores: website + Instagram/TikTok/Facebook.
  
  

• Offline stores: if there is no online presence — must have an address on Google Maps or 2GIS + link to the profile on Google/2GIS.

• B2B contacts: email / form / phone / LinkedIn / WhatsApp / Telegram / Viber.
  
  

Exclusions

• Mass market (H&M, Zara, Shein).

• AliExpress/Amazon storefronts.

• Military auctions with weapons.

• Age-restricted or niche stores. (children's clothing, medical clothing)

• Monobrand stores.

• Network outlets of well-known brands

• Dropship storefronts without stock/brand (signs: stock photos, lack of address, copies of AliExpress).

5. Contact Verification

• Check email format.

• If possible — perform a quick deliverability check through a free service.

• If there is only a form — add the URL and a brief instruction on where to write.

• Be sure to keep a column for "contact source" (link where found).
