We worked with Nelleya on creating posters. She responded very quickly and completed the work — two posters were ready within a day, for which I am sincerely grateful.

Unfortunately, the layouts turned out completely different from what I needed, and I was unable to use them. I am closing this project with sadness and a somewhat heavy heart. Communication, unfortunately, did not work out. I often work with designers and am always committed to long-term cooperation, mutual understanding, and trust.

It is always difficult for me when distrust or assumptions appear in the conversation, such as thinking I will not pay for the work — this is very disorienting, and it is a pity that I had to justify myself. Despite the work not being suitable for me, I suggested closing the project and leaving a good review, as I understand that even neutral feedback can affect the rating. Unfortunately, the response was not very friendly.

Nevertheless, I leave a review with all tens. I wish you great clients and interesting projects. Good luck!
