Constant video editor work for short clips (2–3 videos daily)

We are looking for a reliable video editor for daily collaboration.
You need to edit 2–3 simple videos daily — short clips for social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).
We are Brickland company, a Ukrainian manufacturer of premium decorative and facing bricks.
Our product is used for facades, fences, interiors, and architectural elements.
We have a strong brand, own production, showroom, a large flow of orders, and a powerful marketing department.

We also have:

• A large database of raw materials (own shoots, interviews, behind-the-scenes, photos, sound, etc.)

• A separate marketing department — we provide clear technical assignments

• One editor is already working, but the volume is growing — we are looking for reinforcement

This is not a one-time task, but a long-term collaboration — with gradual immersion into our brand and style.

We expect from the candidate:

• Ability to work with dynamic, lively formats

• Understanding of social media logic (what “catches” the viewer)

• Willingness to receive feedback, work in a team, and perform quick edits
