Need an assistant for temporary work on filling out CRM.
I am looking for a remote assistant to support daily tasks and communication with clients.
Work format — project-based (not full-time), with gradual immersion in processes.
🔧 Main tasks:
Correspondence with clients on WhatsApp (clarifications, follow-ups, basic communication)
Recording and structuring information after communication with clients
Keeping notes (case notes) in the system
Performing simple tasks on the computer (data entry, updating information, tracking)
Working according to instructions and repetitive processes
✅ Requirements:
Proficient written Ukrainian and English
Attention to detail
Ability to clearly structure information
Responsibility and quick response
Basic computer skills (documents, spreadsheets, messengers)
