Need a mid-level designer (PS, AI, InD + preferably Figma and Canva)

We are looking for a mid-level designer to join our team for periodic collaboration on a project basis, with the possibility of long-term work. The main focus is on creating visual materials for marketing needs.

Typical tasks:

• development of logos and branding;

• brochures and other materials for print and digital use;

• advertising banners, hero banners for the website, emails;

• visualizations based on retouching, using mockups and templates;

• infographics, icons, illustrations (if you have the relevant skills and can draw in Procreate);

• elements for videos and storyboards (backgrounds, shape illustrations, adapted photos, decorative elements, etc.);

• content for social media;

• website design (rarely required, but it would be a plus if you have experience).

Nothing too complicated, but the freelancer must possess the necessary skills at a sufficient level to perform such tasks.

It is desirable to have experience in creating modern styles and an understanding of current aesthetics (for example, not being afraid to work with glassmorphism and gradients). It would also be an advantage to be able to modernize more classical styles, for example — creating double exposures.
This is not needed in all projects, of course. :)

Absolutely no age restrictions — we are open to collaborating with people of any age. We also have no location restrictions within Ukraine: we are happy to consider candidates from any settlement. The team speaks Ukrainian, but some tasks may be related to English, so it would be good to have at least a basic understanding of it.

Please include in your proposal:

1. A portfolio with relevant works.

2. A brief description of your previous experience, as well as preferences regarding specific types of work. If there are tasks that you do not want/cannot do (for example, text layout in InDesign), please indicate this.

3. Your location.

4. Your wishes regarding hourly payment in hryvnias. If you only work with fixed payment — please estimate 2 tasks:

Task 1. Creation of a logo. There is a basic brief and an approximate vision, but creative processing is needed from your side. Initially — 3–4 concepts, then one option is chosen and refined. In total — up to 3 rounds of revisions. The level/style is approximately as shown here.

Task 2 - creation of a brochure, 10 pages, versions for print and digital use (the content is the same). There is basic content, a logo, images, fonts, approximate color preferences. The design should be modern, the content should be easy to read, and you should propose a visual style based on several references. Also up to 3 rounds of revisions.
The use of a template is allowed if you are comfortable using them.
