I am looking for a recruiter to find employees for projects 

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to find employees for various projects with a working period of 14 to 30 days. The task involves attracting candidates for short-term assignments that require quick and effective work.

Main requirements:

• Experience in recruitment (at least 2 years).

• Knowledge of active candidate sourcing methods (social networks, professional platforms, databases).

• Ability to quickly find suitable candidates for specific project requirements.

• Skills in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian and Russian labor markets (preference for candidates who work in an international format).
