Budget: 20000 UAH Deadline: 20 days

Good day! I am doing warehouse accounting in 1C 8.3 — barcodes, TSD, address storage, and serial accounting for expensive equipment I have implemented several times. Before recommending anything, I want to take a look at your database: is the configuration standard (UT/BAS) or has it already been customized? This will determine whether to refine the existing one or set up a new one. The volume is large, but realistic; I will break it down into stages.

Hello!
We are the Business Atlas team. We have read the technical specifications thoroughly. The task of building a reinforced concrete warehouse accounting system, launching the mobile data terminal, and implementing address storage is very familiar to us — we know how to eliminate chaos in warehouses, prevent sorting errors, and set up pallet collection logic.
The essence of your project hinges on three critical nodes:
The first — technical audit of the database and choice of architecture. We will conduct an audit of your 1C 8.3 to objectively determine whether to refine the current configuration or deploy a clean database (for example, BAS Trade Management or Comprehensive Enterprise Management) and transfer data without loss.
The second — "smart" warehouse logic and equipment. Setting up address storage (bins, racks) and automatic route optimization for the collector. Integration of mobile data terminals and scanners: the system will strictly control the collection, block the closure of orders in case of errors, and support serial accounting of equipment (inverters, batteries).
The third — packaging accounting and label printing. Implementation of the scanning logic for pallets/boxes (1 scan = adding +30 pcs) and a partial selection scenario, where when removing part of the goods, the system automatically writes off the remainder and sends a new label to be printed on Zebra, Godex, or TSC printers.
My experience as a project manager and my team's experience are focused on building accounting systems and data automation. We have implemented over 50 projects in the UA/EU markets. We have direct cases of auto-synchronization of warehouse balances from three sources (website, CRM, warehouse), migration of large databases, and consolidation of disparate information into a single system with complete user action logging. We usually enhance our solutions with low-code tools (n8n/Make) — this allows us to seamlessly connect the warehouse program with Telegram bots for notifications or other CRMs without writing expensive custom modules.
Conditions and first steps:
Expert diagnosis: Within 3–5 days, we will screen your current 1C and warehouse processes, after which we will provide a clear answer: refine the old one or deploy a new solution.
Timeline and cost: We will provide the final stages, implementation timeline for the MVP (for example, receiving and address placement), and fixed cost based on the results of this diagnosis.

Budget: 20000 UAH Deadline: 5 days

We can start from a practical initial stage - examining the current 1C/BAS, checking directories, documents, balances, warehouse scenarios, mobile data terminals, label printers, and preparing the solution architecture. Within 20,000 UAH, I would plan for the analysis, work map, and assessment of full implementation, as a full-fledged WMS logic with location-based storage, pallets, partial picking, serial accounting, logging, and reporting will likely be significantly more expensive - approximately from 180,000 UAH after analysis =/

> What is your configuration of 1C/BAS and how typical or heavily customized is it?
> What models of mobile data terminals, scanners, and label printers do you plan to use?

> https://business.ingello.com/forma-wms - close to the task of location-based storage, product movement, roles, and warehouse operations
> https://business.ingello.com/platforma - an example of a corporate system where rights, reports, stable business logic, and scalability are important
> https://systems-fl.ingello.com/ua - briefly about our approach to system development

After accessing a copy of the database or demonstrating the current process, we will provide stages - what should be improved in the existing 1C/BAS, and where it is cheaper and more reliable to deploy a new database. Look, here’s the nuance - first, we need to avoid writing code and eliminate the risk of error in the architecture, as warehouse accounting can later retaliate very mundanely and expensively.

Budget: 20000 UAH Deadline: 14 days

Hello! I have extensive experience working with 1C:Enterprise and BAS, particularly in the field of warehouse logistics automation. Implementing address storage, integrating with data collection terminals (DCTs), configuring barcode scanners, and printing labels are tasks I have successfully completed multiple times.

My approach to your project:
1. Current database analysis: I will assess the state of the code and architecture to understand whether it is advisable to refine the existing system or better to implement a separate module/configuration for the warehouse.
2. Business process configuration: Implementing order picking algorithms, sorting by bins, inventory control, and working with pallet logic (partial write-off, re-labeling).
3. Equipment integration: Setting up data exchange between 1C and DCTs, creating label templates tailored to your needs.
4. Reporting and security: Configuring a user action logging system and developing necessary management reports.

I am ready to discuss the work stages in detail and propose an optimal architecture. Feel free to write, I am ready to start the analysis.

Hello, Nazar.
I have worked on similar projects — I know the nuances and will do exactly what is described. There are a few clarifications before starting.
The final price/timeframe will be determined after all clarifications.

We already have a practically ready solution for warehouse accounting with TSD, barcodes, address storage, and labels; it can be quickly adapted and launched. We can discuss it here; I'm available.))
I would consider 20,000 UAH as the starting stage for analyzing the current 1C/BAS, checking the database, equipment, and preparing the implementation architecture, rather than as a full launch of the entire WMS logic.
The full implementation, based on my feelings, will be a separate stage after the audit, as there is address storage, partial picking of pallets, serial accounting, labels, TSD, rights, action logs, and reports.

I see the implementation in stages.
