2188 29 0 Good day. I work with immigration cases, specifically with EB-1A, and I have a good understanding of the USCIS approach to evaluating evidence. 10,000 UAH is the price specifically for the analytical review of your current documentation, not for the complete writing of the case. What is included in this stage: a full audit of the existing materials for each EB-1A criterion (awards, media, scholarly articles, judging, original contribution, leading role, salary, etc.); an assessment of which criteria are actually met and which are formally weak or "do not pass"; identification of critical risks that could lead to the case being denied; structural recommendations on how to properly restructure the package according to USCIS logic; a list of what needs to be added/strengthened (evidence, wording, positioning); a basic strategy for further writing of the petition letter and final merits. The result is a clear understanding of the current state of the case and what to do next. I want to emphasize separately: even a perfectly prepared case does not guarantee approval from USCIS - the decision depends on the officer and the interpretation of the evidence. Therefore, at this stage, my task is to honestly show the real picture and risks. If this is suitable, please send the current materials, I will do the analysis, and then we can separately discuss the full management of the case.
