We are looking for a specialist who will create a comprehensive, structured, visually designed knowledge base in Notion for sales managers (field – sales of ergonomic chairs).

Main goal:
To create a single information center where managers can quickly find answers to all questions regarding products, processes, scripts, and documents.

What needs to be done

1. Create the structure of the library in Notion

Based on the ready-made structure (I will provide a link to the document).
Requirements:

• correctly place the sections

• create a logical hierarchy of pages

• make navigation user-friendly

• create a main page (dashboard)

2. Design the knowledge base in a premium style

Mandatory:

• choose a beautiful, modern template

• use icons, covers, accents

• design sections in a unified style

• add tables, lists, blocks, dividers

• ensure a consistent structure for all model pages

3. Fill content according to the structure

From my side, there will be:

• complete structure

• text materials

• price lists / photos / descriptions

From your side:

• transfer, format, structure

• make pages readable and logical

• use Notion blocks (tables, toggles, bookmarks, quotes, callouts, etc.)

• make it beautiful and professional

4. Create page templates

For recurring blocks:

• template for chair model description

• template for scripts

• template for processes (instructions)

• template for documents (quotes, presentations)

5. Import files and organize media

• add photos of models

• add videos/links

• organize everything by categories

6. User optimization

• simple menu

• navigation buttons (“back”, “home”)

• internal links between pages

• shortcuts / tagging

Important

The project does NOT include:

• automated tests

• integrations

• training statistics

It is only necessary to create a convenient, structured, and navigationally comfortable knowledge base.
