Full management of the store on Etsy

Looking for a manager for full management of an Etsy store

The store has been operating for 1.5 years. The focus is on hand-painted clothing. There are some ready-made products, but the main focus is on custom orders.

❗️ Important: this is not mass production. My goal is to consistently receive 5–7 orders per month and gradually increase the average order value.

Main tasks:
• creating, editing, and optimizing listings
• generating images and videos for listings
• conducting A/B tests
• setting up and updating Etsy SEO
• optimizing Etsy Ads
• competitor analysis
• proposing new ideas for products and store development
• making decisions that lead to real results

Requirements:
• experience specifically with Etsy
• understanding of SEO and Etsy algorithms
• ability to work with analytics (conversion, CTR, etc.)
• independence and responsibility
• regular communication
