PPC specialist (experience 3+ years)

💰 Payment: from 30,000 to 80,000 UAH/month (depending on experience and workload)

We are a marketing agency that helps businesses scale through effective advertising. Our clients include online stores, local services, clinics, manufacturers, automotive and beauty sectors. We work with results, not just setup.

We are looking for an experienced PPC specialist with real cases and a deep understanding of the sales funnel. Your responsibility will be launching and developing advertising campaigns that truly work.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram);
• Working with Performance Max, Shopping, Search, Remarketing;
• Creating and managing feeds in Merchant Center;
• Setting up conversions in GTM and GA4, working with analytics;
• Developing media plans, budget forecasts, selecting strategies;
• Writing effective ads, selecting keywords;
• Structuring accounts, A/B testing, analyzing results;
• Preparing reports with clear conclusions and recommendations.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in PPC (advantage — work in agencies or with multiple projects simultaneously);
• Practical cases of improving campaign results (reducing CPA, increasing ROAS, etc.);
• Confident knowledge of Google Ads, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, Meta Ads;
• Understanding of CRO, UX, marketing analytics fundamentals;
• Self-reliance, attention to detail, responsibility;
• Experience working with clients — will be a plus.
