I am looking for a PPC specialist to join the team on a permanent basis, with a level of at least middle+/senior. Only freelancers! Agencies are not suitable

Advertising geo - Ukraine. Market - pet products.

What we have: approximately six months ago, a contractor was managing the account. We need to conduct an audit and understand where and how we are moving

In short, I expect:

1. Regular monitoring of advertising effectiveness and monthly reporting on them in dynamics (CTR, CPC, Bounce Rate, CPA, ROAS)
2. Conducting A/B testing of creatives, texts, and targeting strategies
3. Analysis of user behavior on the site, correction of strategies based on data, informing the team about problematic pages (highest bounce rate/exits), analyzing the user journey through the funnel and where they "drop off"
4. Competitor analysis: how much paid traffic they receive, if possible to find out which channels and budgets
5. Optimization of data in the feed for advertising: if there are comments or ideas, then provide recommendations on how to improve the feed to enhance the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. For example, clarify or improve product names for more relevant impressions, add more images or change the format of images, and any other comments that suggest to the specialist their experience and results of advertising campaigns
6. Strategy for six months of work
