After discussing the terms of the project, to which he agreed instantly, without even reading the TOR, this subject began to demand an advance payment of 50%. Of course, I translated it for him, as I previously worked with freelancers from this site without any problems.
Dmitry, having received an advance payment for the implementation of the project in the amount of 50% of the cost, promised to start implementing the project within an hour / two / three. After 2 days (for which he promised to finish everything), the project was not completed, and Dmitry began to feed breakfast and, to my requests to show the beta version, he began to extort money. He had to translate the second part, after which he did not get in touch.
He didn’t look at FTP, where the engine is located and he didn’t look into the site’s admin panel (even though I gave him access) - otherwise his IP would have been displayed in the log - therefore, the work was not started and not completed within the agreed time, and the money was received. There is a composition
swindle: "Shahraystvo - zavolodinnya by someone else's lane, or giving the right to a mine path to deceit and mischief by trust. Shahraystvo is a criminal punishment for punishment, and the punishment for yak in Ukraine is transferred by the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Dmitry Nikolaevich turned out to be a fraudster.
