For a WordPress site, geographically located in the USA, a preloader (for example, skeleton) needs to be created that appears as quickly as possible to pseudo-accelerate page loading. взагалі суть прелоадеру, відображати якусь анімацію або коротку інформацію 100vw*100vh доти, доки повністю не прогрузиться сторінка до кінцевого варіанту, тому якщо якась сторінка гркзиться 50 секунд, то буде прелопдер відображатись 50 секунд.
можливо вам потрібно дивитимь в сторону оптимізації швидеості завантаження сторінки і кількості відображення матеріалу на сторінках з можливою підгрузкою аякс.

Я хотів би спробувати оптимізувати, але чомусь всі пропонують тільки кешуючі плагіни, а нам вони не підходять, через те, що в основному у нас на сайті будуть авторизовані користувачі, а з авторизованими кешування не працює, хіба що для кожного окремо робити персональний кеш...
