If you have a site on the prom, the goods from which you need to move to the Rosette - there is a ready solution in the form of an excel-application with vba macros that turns the prom export output into xml for the Rosette:

If you have an online store on any CMS (Bitrix, Opencart, etc.), then you can write a PHP script, which at the start addresses the database of the site, takes all the information about the product and forms YML for the Rosetki.
