The second time came to a consensus.
At the time they made a call - where the contractor said she understood everything from my TZ.
This was the first time I made a presentation that did not meet my requirements.
Specifically, the main request was to make a graphically beautiful and understandable presentation for the candidate for the vacation.
Part of the text was in 4 lines and not quite readable, the feelings were that they took the template from the stock and there they moved the text from my TZ.
After all of my comments and annoyances, 1 day later I got a wonderful schedule work.
It would not be a second time to cooperate. For those who will collaborate with the contractor, I highly advise to schedule what schedule you want to see with examples directly in the chat platform.
I would apply the 1st version of the work - but the contractor did everything in the Google document and changed it in the life mode.
I apply my finished work + my TZ to understand that I am in adéquate and tried to provide as detailed as possible what I want to get.
