I'm making the desktop version on Java and thus it will be fast and convenient parsing (I can do it in the form of a web application)
I have an algorithm for blocking (I can show by team viewer), and due to it the parsing speed is about 1-3 seconds per one link, respectively 10,000 links will be processed in about 5 hours.
The source file can be presented in different versions and formats depending on your wishes.
