The work, unfortunately, is not performed ("enforced at 99%", but that's why the function is not working until the end). I lost about 2 months of time with delays. For the return of the tax I will not be fighting (all of course something Semen has done, although it will still have to allocate or re-work..). Maybe I was just not lucky.
